Using Crystals in Angel EFT
Using Crystals in Angel EFT: Crystals have healing properties and can assist us in energy work. They can be bought in health food shops, mind, body and spirit exhibitions and angel or gemstone shops, and are available online.
If you have never worked with crystals and are wondering where to begin, I suggest being guided by your intuition first. If you see some in a shop, pick them up one at a time. See how each one makes you feel, what you are drawn to. The healing properties of crystals are well documented in books and on websites, however certain crystals will resonate with you more than others.
Crystals can be in rough form or polished, and they can be carved or shaped into palm stones, laser points, jewellery, tumblestones, beads, wands, skulls, angels and more. The crystal skulls are associated with Atlantean times and are not sinister.
It doesn’t matter what form your crystal is in, although for Angel EFT fairly small and smooth is comfortable for holding on the meridian points. One of the techniques for using crystals in Angel EFT is to hold a crystal or gemstone to each tapping point, or if it’s comfortable, tap gently on the points with a polished gemstone.
The crystal I’m using in this video is blue lace agate. A beautiful soft blue colour with white lines running through it. It forms in geodes within volcanic rock and can be found in South Africa. It brings peace and understanding, calms the energy, settles an overactive mind and nurtures the emotions as well as helping lift depression. Helpful for the throat chakra.
I just use the words ‘crystal healing’ in this video, but you can make your crystal EFT work as tailor made as you like, depending on what you are working on. Try using crystals in your EFT abundance work, or for great self-esteem, or to overcome fear, anger or to soothe the pain of a grieving heart.
If you carry the crystal around with you, you might also like to use it for just one point that you really love, if you are out and about and don’t want to do a full EFT round. Everyone seems to have their favourite tapping points. I love the collar bone points and the third eye. Just by holding the crystal to one point and taking some deep calming breaths you can tune back into the crystal energy, giving your earlier full round a boost.
You can meditate with crystals and put them beside your bed or under your pillow. Use them in Angel EFT by holding them gently on the points and combine with visualisation. When you first get a crystal you can attune it to work with you.
First of all, cleanse the crystal. You should do this periodically after attuning to it also. One way is to put it outside overnight, especially when there is a full moon. Check if your crystal is okay to be in contact with water, as some aren’t, and leaving it out overnight it will be exposed to dew and maybe rain.
You can also use a feather or smudge sticks smoke over the crystal with the intention of cleansing it, or incense. You can ask the angels to cleanse the crystal, or work with the violet flame to do so. Once it has been cleansed hold it to your heart centre. State aloud that you ask that the crystal now attune to your energy and work with you, and that positive energy flows through the crystal for the highest good of all.
If you have a specific intention, say it aloud also ‘I would like assistance for filling my home with love and serenity’ or whatever it is you want to work with the crystal for. Hold the crystal to your third eye and say the same things again. Spend some time meditating with the crystal, sensing its energy. You may just be aware of an energy that the crystal has or you might sense a message that the crystal has for you.
