Working with The Solar Plexus Chakra and Archangel Uriel

Manipura – City of Jewels

Archangel Uriel governs the solar plexus chakra, which at the third dimension presents as golden yellow. The Sanskrit name is Manipura, meaning city of jewels, the element is fire, and the symbol is a ten petalled lotus. The lessons of the solar plexus are power, self-mastery and will.

The physical connections to the solar plexus are the liver, the gallbladder, spleen, kidneys and stomach, and the governing gland is the pancreas. We can help to activate the solar plexus with Angel EFT by first looking at how we are with our sense of power.

Get Specific

To know how to work with the angels and EFT, first identify if you have an imbalance. If so, are you veering towards being disempowered and ‘walked upon’ or are you the other extreme whereby you are over-domineering? In some cases, people can exhibit both ends of the spectrum, but mostly it is one or the other. Archangel Uriel helps us to access our inner knowledge, which we do so with ease when our solar plexus is in balance.

You can make your EFT work more specific if you know what the issue is. In the video below I demonstrate a general Angel EFT round for balancing the Solar Plexus chakra, it might be that you do this round and gain more insights as to what you’d like to focus on.

You can download an Angel EFT blank tapping script (called ‘my angel EFT round’) to fill in yourself if you’d like to pre-write a round that you want to practise regularly for a while, particularly if there is a stubborn issue you wish to heal with Angel EFT.

Visualisation and Crystals

I use visualisation with the chakras to help activate them also. For the solar plexus chakra, I like to visualise a golden yellow ball of light radiating out from the solar plexus area, rather like the sun. When we balance the solar plexus, we release fear and in turn, can access our intuitive knowing.

Crystals associated with the solar plexus chakra are yellow citrine, tigers eye, amber, sunstone and aventurine. You can use a polished gemstone while tapping, gently tapping the gemstone on the points instead of your fingertips. Essential oils include ylang-ylang, chamomile, lemon, vetiver and thyme.

Ask your Chakra

I love working with the chakras because they act as a map to our overall well-being as between them all they cover all aspects of living and health. Get used to tuning in to your solar plexus chakra and see how it is at different times of the day, or around various people and in different circumstances. Don’t be afraid to ‘ask’ this chakra what it needs to be in perfect harmony and balance.

Confidence in School and in the Workplace

I have worked with students who lack confidence in school, and adults who feel this way at work. Asking Archangel Uriel to step into your aura and help you to see your solar plexus radiating with golden light can be a powerful visualisation to help build confidence. Body language is also important in strengthening this chakra. Do you slouch, standing as though you might get knocked over by a breeze? Or are you balanced on both feet with an open posture and straight spine? Practise the latter. See how they both feel.

When you stand in your power in a balanced way, you bring more light into the world.
