Is This Course for You?

Are you writing—or wanting to write—a novel, short story, or memoir? Or perhaps you’d love to develop a regular creative journaling routine for the joy of it? This course welcomes writers of all levels, from enthusiastic beginners to those immersed in long-term projects.

What You’ll Experience

This monthly Saturday morning course focuses on setting goals, building momentum, and gently dissolving creative blocks using wellness tools such as EFT (tapping).

You’ll enjoy a blend of guided writing prompts, time to share your work (if you wish), and the opportunity to set a personal writing intention each month—checking in at the next session in a supportive environment.

Come and enjoy a morning of creative focus in a nurturing, light-filled setting. This is a space to explore your ideas, experiment with technique, and reconnect with your creative flow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I attend some but not all of the sessions? The course is designed as a complete experience and is not intended for dipping in and out. To gain the most benefit, it’s recommended to attend each session. However, if you miss one, you’ll receive the writing exercises and handout. You’re also welcome to share your progress and goals with the group by sending them in advance if you wish.

What should I bring with me? Please bring paper and a pen. If you prefer to write on a tablet or laptop, you’re welcome to use it—but note that access to a power point for charging may not be available. If you follow a special diet or have allergies, feel free to bring your own snacks or drinks for the break, in case what’s provided isn’t suitable.

Is there parking at Teach Siamsa? Yes
