Archangel Uriel works with the Solar Plexus chakra, located in the centre of the chest where the rib cage meets, it radiates out in front and behind you. In its perfect functionality, it is associated with the colour gold or yellow. At fifth dimension, it is gold and holds a multidimensional six-pointed star.
The Solar Plexus chakra is connected with self-confidence and courage. When it is weak, these qualities are weak also. There are many things you can do to help strengthen these areas, and I have included an Angel EFT video which is one approach to increasing your confidence with Archangel Uriel.
Other Exercises for increasing confidence:
- Affirm to yourself in the mirror that you are confident now. It may feel silly at first but the more you practise the easier it gets. ‘I am getting more and more confident every day.’
- Ask Archangel Uriel to fill your solar plexus with gold and ruby light, see it flushing out any stale, fear energies and being infused with divine qualities.
- Learn to speak about yourself how you would like others to. Refrain from putting yourself down and playing small.
- Improve your posture. Don’t slouch or lean against things, stand tall, back straight, shoulders back a little.
- Move and exercise more. Get out of your head and into your body.
- Reframe negative self-talk. If you have self-depreciating thoughts, learn to question these and don’t let them push you around anymore.
- Declutter – physically and mentally. Your physical space, your car, office, bedroom, kitchen. Let go of things you don’t need. Freshen up your space. Mentally, it helps me to declutter my mind when I write things down. Things I need to get done. Seeing these on paper instead of whirling around your head can help you to feel more in control and solution focused.

You may like to visualise that Archangel Uriel is placing his cloak of golden light, lined with ruby red, around you. Enjoy the energy from this. Afterwards, have a good stretch, wriggle your fingers and toes. Walk outside in nature if you can.
