Angels and Creativity
What do you think of when you hear the word creativity? How does that word make you feel? For some, it brings a sense of excitement and possibility. For others, it may not. For some this word means ‘things I am not good at,’ which may originate from school or other early memories of not being able to do something well.
I invite you to have an open mind about the word creativity, whatever it means to you so far. I ask you now to consider the energy of creativity, and how it manifests in your life.
Creativity may include art, writing stories, making crafts and so on. But it’s a whole lot vaster than that. Many of us use our creativity every day. At work, at home, in our language, in our emails, in our parenting, in cooking a meal, gardening or telling a joke.
So far today, have you been creating, or copying? When we are copying we are on a sort of autopilot, doing the same task the way we always did it, or the way we think it is meant to be done. This is useful too by the way. There are many tasks in life where it’s useful to be copying. If we found creative ways to operate our car every day it might not be as useful or safe as just driving the way we were taught.
But if you think about what you have done or are doing today, how could you bring creative energy in? How might that look? Would it benefit? When we are creating we are accessing that higher consciousness. It can be very energising and make life more interesting.
Have you ever completed anything and felt a sense of joy? This is the activation of the divine creative energy within you that is your birth right. It feels very good and raises your vibration.

Dear Angels of Creativity,
please help me to access my divine creative energy today, so that I feel uplifted in what I do. Archangel Gabriel please activate the creativity centre in my sacral chakra. Archangel Michael, please activate the creative expression centre in my throat chakra. Archangel Jophiel please help activate the receptive area for good ideas in my crown chakra now.
I am open to fresh ideas and fulfillment in all that I do today.
