In this workshop you will:

Work with the angelic realms and ascended masters through powerful visualisation and activities.
Awaken and work with the 12 fifth dimensional chakras to help you to align with your highest blueprint.
Learn how to calm the nervous system with effective breathing techniques.
Utilise gentle somatic (seated) movements to improve your ability to connect with self and the angels.
Use Angel EFT for releasing blocks and lighten your energy to help you to feel great.

About the Facilitators

Carol Yates

Carol has many years of experience facilitating wellbeing workshops, is a yoga teacher who has recently branched into somatics, and she delights in sharing simple and very effective techniques to help you to feel more centred, grounded and energised. Carol was the 2017 winner of Excellence in Improving Staff Health and Wellbeing award Leicestershire NHS.

Some of her qualifications include: MBACP. Dip. Humanistic Counselling. Registered General and Mental Health Nurse. Diana Cooper School of White Light Angel & Ascension Teacher. Somatics for Yoga teachers – ongoing training. Diploma in Imagework. Bach Flower Remedies. Karuna & Usui Reiki Master.

Susan Browne

Daughter of Carol, Susan grew up with an understanding of angels and energy. Fondly known as YouTube’s Angel EFT lady, Susan Browne is a life coach, author, tapping practitioner and angelic realms workshop facilitator. International bestselling spiritual author, Diana Cooper and tapping wizard Brad Yates both commended her book, Angel EFT.

Susan provides a formula for combining tapping techniques with angel visualisations and exercises, to help people raise their frequency and connect with angels. She has coached writers, business owners, teachers, doctors, artists and all number of clients who wish to improve their life in both group and one to one sessions.
